Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Carmen to you. We ask that you would help her to recognize and value the place that you have placed her in. Lord, we pray that she would see the provision you have made for her with the church, hospital job, and housing. Help her to understand that you have a purpose for her being there.
We ask, Lord, that you would calm any feelings of desperation or restlessness in Carmen's heart. May she find contentment and peace in the place where you have placed her. Help her to see that staying there is for her own benefit and that moving away could bring unnecessary problems and difficulties.
We also pray for Carmen's relationship with her father. May they grow closer together and experience a deepening bond. Lord, we ask that you would work in Carmen's heart to remove any envy or desire to cause problems for her little sister. Help her to embrace love and support for her family members, rather than seeking to bring harm or disruption.
Lord, we lift up Carmen's mother to you as well. May she have wisdom and discernment in understanding the importance of Carmen staying where she is. Help her to protect her little sister and to support Carmen in remaining in the place where you have provided for her.
We trust in your perfect plan, Lord, and we ask that you would bring peace, unity, and understanding to this family. May your love and grace abound in their lives. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
