Methilethlor, we understand that you're dealing with disturbing noise, and we're here to pray and provide counsel based on God's Word.
Firstly, let's remember what the Scripture says about peace and quietness: "Be still, and know that I am God" (Psalm 46:10 WEB). God speaks to us in the stillness, and He desires for us to have peaceful environments.
However, let's also address that sometimes, the noise we face can be spiritual disturbances. The Bible tells us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12 WEB). It's crucial to put on the whole armor of God and pray against any spiritual unrest.
Let us pray:
*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You in Your precious name. We ask You to silence the noise that ### is experiencing. Whether it's physical or spiritual, You have the power to calm every storm. Please bring peace and quietness to their environment. Help ### to feel Your presence and hear Your voice clearly. We rebuke any spiritual disturbance in Jesus' name. Surround ### with Your angels and protect them from all harm. In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen.*
Let's also encourage you to continually fix your mind on God. As it is written, "You will keep whoever calls on me in perfect peace, because he trusts in me" (Isaiah 26:3 WEB). Trust that God is with you and that He cares about every detail of your life, including the desire for a peaceful environment.
Lastly, if the noise persists and it's from a physical source like neighbors, we encourage you to lovingly and peacefully communicate with them, following the teachings of Jesus: "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift" (Matthew 5:23-24 WEB).

Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.
God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
