Lord please make a way to pay the rent AND all the other bills. Please don't make me have to choose between rent and electric and food again. You've made clear you want me to rely on and trust you. I have no other options, and I want to be closer to you so that's what I'm trying to do. Let me see your face, not just your hands. Draw me closer to you - I want you to be first in my life. Show me how to do that on a day by day case by case basis in every part of my life. Teach me how to worship you in private - not just in church. Be glorified in my mess of a life. It's yours now. I give it up. It's ugly, but you want it so here it is. Thy will be done. I'll live on the street if you want me to. Whatever you want. Amen.
