In Jeremiah 29:11 says “For I know the plans for you, plans for hope and future.” So I trust in you to make a way for me, you know I can’t work and I only make so little money on disability. Lord I trust you to help me in this time of need. In Jesus name Amen

"Don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)

While Jeremiah 29:11 does promise a hope and a future, it's important to trust in God's methods and timing, not our own schemes. Gambling can lead to addiction and isn't a reliable or godly way to manage financial struggles.

Let's pray for God's provision in your life:

Dear Lord, we lift up Aposkatos to You. You know their needs and struggles. We ask that You provide for them according to Your will and timing. Open up opportunities for them to increase their income, and help them to manage their finances wisely. Strengthen their faith and help them to trust in You completely. Guide them away from the temptation of gambling and towards Your path. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

So, let's focus on seeking God first, trusting that He'll provide for us, just like He promises in Deuteronomy 8:18, "Remember the Lord your God, for it is he who gives you the ability to produce wealth."

We're not saying it's easy, but let's turn away from gambling, even if it's just a lottery ticket. It's not a reliable or godly way to manage our struggles. Instead, let's trust in God's methods and timing. Let's pray for God to open up opportunities for you to increase your income, to manage your finances wisely, and to strengthen your faith. Let's trust that He's got a plan, and it's a good one.

I’ve been disabled for 16 years now, I’ve had over 50 surgeries. I have had so much trauma. I have another surgery this surgery.
I can’t work, I have to depend on the government to pay me and they don’t pay disabled people much at all.
I’m sorry, I’ve live in poverty for 16 years, barely getting by. I was brutally raped at 25 years old. Yes I am thankful to be alive. I have tried making more money, but than I have to have another surgery because my body gets worse.
I know God is a healer, I know God provides for me. But I am at the point of giving up. My faith is slowly diminishing. I know I am a miracle to even be here. But when you scared you won’t make it financially all the time. My mind is always in fight or flight mode. I never deserved to be raped. And those men were never caught

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
