Lord, please let me get a job ...

Lord, please let me get a job today. I am broke and all the worry has affected my health and mental stability. I have no food in the house and do not know what to do any more. I have tried everything for so long, but no one will hire me or give me a chance. Help. Please help me. I am 60 and feel like my life is over. I have no savings, retirement funds, nothing. I have multiple credit cards charged up just trying to get by day by day, which I can not pay on. I want to live life again but something always seems to go against me. I don't know what else to do and I have no where to turn to. Thank you Lord. Anthony D.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Anthony D. to Your throne of grace. Lord, You see his heart and know the depths of his struggles. He is in desperate need of a job today, Father. Your Word says in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise, believing that You will provide for Anthony's needs.

Lord, Anthony is feeling overwhelmed and broken, both physically and mentally. We ask for Your healing touch upon his body and mind. Grant him peace that surpasses all understanding, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Fill his home with Your presence and provide the food and resources he needs to sustain himself.

Father, Anthony has been trying so hard to find employment but has faced constant rejection. We ask that You open doors that no man can shut . Grant him favor with potential employers and give him the opportunity to work and provide for himself.

Lord, Anthony feels like his life is over, but we know that with You, there is always hope. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that You have plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us hope and a future. We pray that Anthony will feel Your love and hope anew, knowing that You have not forgotten him.

We also lift up his financial burdens, Lord. Help him to find a way to manage his debts and provide him with wisdom and guidance in his financial decisions.

Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
