Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, seeking your guidance and direction for our dear friend who is facing various problems. Lord, you are the source of all wisdom and understanding, and we humbly ask that you would lead and guide them in the right path.
Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths." We pray that our friend would trust in you completely, surrendering their problems and concerns into your loving hands.
Lord, we ask for clarity and discernment in making decisions. Please grant them wisdom to know the right course of action to take. Open their eyes to see the path that you have prepared for them, and give them the courage to walk in obedience to your will.
We also pray for your protection, Lord. Keep them from evil and guard their hearts and minds from any harmful influences. Help them to resist temptation and to stay focused on you.
Finally, Lord, we ask for your peace to fill their hearts. In the midst of their problems, may they experience your presence and find comfort in knowing that you are with them every step of the way.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to guide and direct us. May our friend find solace and direction in your loving arms. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
