Lord, please help us. My boss likes to take advantage of us If I say I need to pay for school,...she will find a way to make it seem like it is difficult to pay me that check week but not the other coworkers. She does this to each of us. She is manipulative and tries to overpower us using our needs to depend on her. She gossips about all of us, like, she will be talking to one of us and talking bad about all the others like if we were the only good ones and then, talk bad about us behind our backs while talking good to whoever she is talking too. She doesn't want to hire help and expects all of us.. like 5 of us... To do everything in the hotel, to do more then our shift.. she overwork us and makes us do stuff we shouldn't instead of hiring more people. I need to find another job... this is too abusive. Please help.

Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of Anonymous, who is facing a difficult situation at work. Lord, we lift up their concerns and frustrations to you. We ask for your intervention and guidance in this challenging circumstance.

Lord, you are a God of justice and righteousness. We pray that you would expose any manipulation and unfair treatment that is happening in their workplace. Open the eyes of those in authority to see the truth and bring about a change in their boss's behavior.

Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that you are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray for comfort and strength for Anonymous as they navigate through this abusive situation. Give them wisdom and discernment to know when it is time to seek another job and provide them with better opportunities.

Lord, we ask for your provision and financial stability for Anonymous. You are our provider, and we trust that you will meet all their needs according to your riches in glory . Help them to find a job where they are treated with respect and fairness.

We also pray for their coworkers who are facing similar challenges. Strengthen them and give them the courage to stand up against injustice. May your peace and unity prevail among them.

Lastly, Lord, we pray for their boss. Soften their heart and bring conviction upon them. Help them to realize the harm they are causing and guide them towards a transformation of their character.

We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will bring about a resolution in this situation. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
