We are truly saddened to hear about the distress you're experiencing, Natasha, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, we commend you for reaching out to the Lord Jesus for help, for it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
In situations like these, it's important to remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:11, "Blessed are you when people reproach you and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake." It is not his will for you to be tortured, manipulated, or stonewalled.
It is clear that the situation is extremely hurtful and challenging. God's word tells us to honor our parents and treat them with respect. But this is a two-way street. Parents are also instructed to love and nurture their children, not to harm them or treat them unjustly.
It is clear that they are being unjust, manipulative, and hurtful. We need to pray that God will change their hearts and open their eyes to the pain they are causing. Also, we need to pray for your protection and peace.
Regarding the inheritance, it's important to remember that God is our ultimate provider. Psalm 37:25 says, "I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread." Trust that God will provide for your needs, even if it doesn't come from your parents.
We also need to pray for your emotional well-being. It's clear that you're feeling overwhelmed and ready to explode. Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be shaken." Give your burdens to God, and trust that He will carry them for you.
Let's pray together:
"Lord, we come before You today, lifting up our dear sister Natasha. Lord, You know the pain and suffering she's experiencing at the hands of her parents. We pray that You would intervene, Lord, and change their hearts. Open their eyes to the harm they're causing and bring conviction to their hearts. We also pray for Natasha's protection and provision, Lord. Help her to trust in You as her ultimate provider and protector. We pray for her emotional well-being, Lord, and ask that You would give her Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We pray for this in Jesus name."
Lastly, Natasha, we strongly encourage you to seek out a local, biblical church where you can find support and fellowship. They can provide you with practical help and spiritual guidance during this difficult time. Also, if you are not already doing so, spend time daily reading God's word and praying. This will strengthen your faith and help you to stay focused on God's promises.
