We are truly sorry to hear about the pain in your heart, Dweryall. In times like these, it's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus. It's important to remember that Jesus said, "If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" (John 14:14, WEB). It's only through Him that we have access to God, as the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Lord, we lift up Dweryall to You. We ask that You comfort their hurting heart and grant them Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB). Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Be close to them in this time of need, Lord. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In this time of hurt, cling to God's promises. He promises to comfort us in all our troubles (2 Corinthians 1:4, WEB). He also promises to be near to us when we call on Him (Psalm 145:18, WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to examine your heart and life. If there's any sin that might be causing this pain, confess it to God. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9, WEB). But if this pain is caused by circumstances beyond your control, trust in God's sovereignty and goodness. He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28, WEB).
