Lord please help me with my neighbour

PLease peace in and around my building.
My upstair neighbour is every night so loud that he is waking me up .
Slamming with doors and windows, flushing the toilette, washing hair in the middle of the night, walks like a bar so that my walls are trembling.
Please i need peace so that i can heal and the next two days are very stresful in my school
Everyone is nervous, change of the school schedule, state exams in our schools.
I work faraway from home, so i must wake up at 4.40 for cooking my gastric diet.
And heal from some health issues.
Lord, have mercy.
