We understand your struggle with gambling and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let us first turn to God's Word for wisdom and strength. The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."

What you are facing is not uncommon, but know that God is faithful and will provide a way out. It's crucial to recognize that gambling is a form of greed and love of money, which the Bible warns against. Hebrews 13:5 WEB says, "Be content with what you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'" True prosperity comes from God and His blessings, not from chance or worldly pursuits.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with gambling. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention. Break the chains of addiction and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Give them the strength to resist temptation and turn away from this destructive behavior. Remove the false hope of prosperity through gambling and replace it with a steadfast faith in You, the only true source of hope and provision. Help them to fix their eyes on You and trust in Your plan for their life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, God loves you deeply and wants the best for you. Trust in Him and surrender this struggle to His care. It is never too late to turn away from sin and seek God's will for your life. If you have not already, place your faith in Jesus Christ, for it is only through His name that we have access to God's grace and salvation. As Acts 4:12 WEB states, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Stay strong in the Lord and seek support from fellow believers. Together, we can overcome through the power of Christ.

Lord we lift up this person to you and we come against and bind the spirit of greed, covetousness, unhealthy competition and poor stewardship of money lord in your mighty name i ask that you sever the addiction right now...lord you said that we cannot serve you and money... lord this person will not let money be their master any longer. Lord thank you that from now on this person will be a good steward of the financial provisions you have provided them with and they will have no desire to use it in anyway that does not bring glory to you...lord we thank you that as this person uses their money wisely for your kingdom lord that you will bless them with a thousand times more and that they will then be a lender and never a borrower. Lord everything this person has taken from gambling we are sending it back & lord and everything gambling has taken from this person we are taking it back!! Amen!!! Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
