Lord please help me to help others

Please help me to pray for a friend who I feel his going through a difficult situation I don't know the specifics details but I ask the Lord to guide me and from his my friend Abel can know him in a real way. Also because I've been feeling with rare symptoms I've been struggling with my health since eight months also my brother as well and has been a complete challenge to get back as usual. Lord please have mercy on me bless me with health and also with a job at home that I can develop and have a good income in Jesus name I pray.
