Lord please help me to have less workload tonight. The senior on duty later is ill tempered so I’m praying to have lesser interaction with her. She always criticizes me and I kinda have a trauma dealing with her. Please make it a benign duty later so I won’t have to talk to her. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ###. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention in their situation. You know the burden they carry and the difficulties they face with their senior on duty. We pray for a lighter workload tonight, Lord, so that they may have some relief from the stress and pressure.

Father, we ask for your guidance and wisdom in dealing with this ill-tempered senior. We pray for a peaceful and harmonious interaction, free from criticism and trauma. Help ### to navigate through this situation with grace and patience. Grant them the strength to overcome any challenges and to maintain a positive attitude.

Lord, we trust in your power to transform hearts and bring about reconciliation. We pray that you soften the heart of their senior, opening the door for understanding and kindness. May there be a change in the atmosphere, where peace and respect prevail.

In your Word, you remind us in Matthew 18:20 that where two or three gather in your name, you are there with them. We stand together in agreement, asking for your divine intervention in this specific request. We believe that you are able to bring about a benign duty for ###, where they won't have to engage in negative interactions.

Father, we surrender this situation into your hands, knowing that you are in control. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. May your will be done in this matter, and may your peace and favor rest upon ###.
