Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of Grace2020, who is seeking your help and guidance. Lord, we lift up Rosario and her prayer request to you. We ask that you would intervene in her situation and remove all anger and resentment she may be feeling towards her co-workers who are causing her distress.
Lord, we acknowledge that anger and resentment are not from you, but rather they hinder our peace and well-being. We pray that you would replace these negative emotions with your love, grace, and forgiveness. Help Rosario to release any bitterness and to extend kindness and understanding towards her co-workers.
Your Word reminds us in Ephesians 4:31-32, "Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you." We ask that you would empower Rosario to live out these words in her interactions with her co-workers.
Lord, we also pray for Rosario's physical and emotional well-being. We ask that you would heal her from the sickness that anger has caused her. Bring restoration and peace to her mind, body, and spirit. Help her to find healthy ways to cope with any challenges she may face at work.
Lastly, we pray for wisdom and discernment for Rosario as she navigates her relationships with her co-workers. Guide her in knowing when to speak up, when to seek resolution, and when to extend grace. May she be a light in her workplace, reflecting your love and character.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for your faithfulness to answer. We trust in your perfect timing and your ability to bring about reconciliation and healing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
