Lord, please help me. I had another choking attack today...still don't know what it is and comes out of nowhere and I know I need to go to the dr. but there is just never anytime. Please also let tomorrow at my job go ok. I haven't had any heart since not promoted and not been trying at all and do not have the strength to face my boss for our weekly meeting. Please let him have mercy on me. Amen.
