Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, humbly seeking your forgiveness and guidance. We lift up our dear brother Rolthar to you, who has recognized his shortcomings and is seeking your mercy. Lord, we ask for your forgiveness for the moments when jealousy clouded his heart and caused him to act unkindly towards his coworker. We pray that you would mend the relationships at his workplace and restore harmony among his colleagues.
Your Word reminds us in Proverbs 14:30 that "a heart at peace gives life to the body, but envy rots the bones." We pray that you would remove any traces of jealousy from Rolthar's heart and replace it with your love and kindness. Help him to see his coworker through your eyes, with compassion and understanding.
Lord, we ask for your wisdom and discernment for Rolthar in his interactions with his coworker. May he be a shining example of your love and grace, showing kindness and respect to everyone he encounters. Help him to be diligent in his work, giving his best effort and being a positive influence in his workplace.
We also pray for the coworker who may have been affected by Rolthar's actions. Lord, mend any wounds or hurt feelings that may have been caused. Bring healing and reconciliation between them, fostering a spirit of unity and cooperation.
