We commend you for your desire to teach and help others for the glory of God. It is evident that your heart is in the right place, seeking to build up the saints and further the kingdom of God. We will pray for you and offer guidance in accordance with the Word of God.
Firstly, we must ensure that we are acting in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in Acts 4:12 (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" It is through His name that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we should pray and act.
In response to your request, we pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our brother before you, asking that you would strengthen and help him as he seeks to teach and help others. Fill him with your Holy Spirit, granting him wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. Let his words be seasoned with salt, that they may be gracious and edifying to those who hear them, as it is written in Colossians 4:6 (WEB), "Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one."
Let him be a vessel of honor, meeting the needs of the saints, that your body may be built up and encouraged. May he be motivated by love, seeking your glory and not his own, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 13:2 (WEB), "If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing."
Lord, we also pray that you would raise up others to support him in this work, that they may labor together for your kingdom. May they be united in spirit and purpose, submitting to your Word and obeying it, as it is written in 1 Corinthians 1:10 (WEB), "Now I beg you, brothers, through the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfected together in the same mind and in the same judgment."
Finally, Lord, we ask that you would bless and keep our brother, as well as all those who labor with him. May they be strengthened in their inner being with power through your Spirit, as it is written in Ephesians 3:16 (WEB), "that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person."
We ask all these things in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.
May you continue to be guided by the Spirit, and may your work bring glory to God and encouragement to His people. Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you.
