We understand that you are seeking healing and guidance for someone, and you've asked for wisdom, favor, justice, and protection, especially regarding internet use. We will pray and provide guidance according to God's word. However, we first noticed that you didn't mention Jesus' name as the way to approach God and you did not mention your request is through Him.
It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we are saved and have access to God the Father. For "there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12, WEB). So, whoever you are praying for must be done through Jesus Christ. Let us emphasize the importance of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone. As the Bible tells us, "because if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation" (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, seeking your divine intervention. We pray for the healing of this person's mind. May your peace and wisdom surround them and us. Give us the wisdom to handle this situation correctly, you know all the circumstances and who this person is. We also pray for your favor, justice, and guidance as we navigate this urgent situation. Help them and us as well.
Lord, we also ask for your protection as they use the internet. Guard them from harmful content and malicious intent and give them wisdom and guidance from you. May your light shine on all that needs to be revealed, and may your truth set them free and keep them free. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus Christ.

Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour" (1 Peter 5:8, WEB).
