We are truly saddened to hear about your sister-in-law's diagnosis and we stand with you in prayer, calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His stripes that we are healed.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in the Bible, The prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. (James 5:15 WEB) Also, we are told, For I know the plans I have for you, says Yahweh, plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future. Then you shall call on me, and you shall come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You shall seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart. (Jeremiah 29:11-13)
Lord, we come before You, lifting up this beloved sister-in-law, asking for Your healing touch upon her body. You said in Your Word, "I am Yahweh who heals you" (Exodus 15:26 WEB). We claim that promise over her life. We rebuke the spirit of cancer and command it to leave her body, for it has no right to harm her. Lord, we ask for supernatural healing and restoration of her lungs. We pray for wisdom and guidance to the medical professionals and family members involved in her care. We pray that You give her and the family the needed strength and peace to perform their roles as Your instruments in her life.
We also pray for her salvation, Lord, if she has not already accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Savior. We pray that this trial will draw her closer to You, and that she will come to know You as her Lord and Savior. We pray the basic salvation prayer for her, Lord, asking that You forgive her sins and save her by the power of Jesus Christ.
We remind you of Jesus' words in the garden, And all things, whatever you may ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. (Matthew 21:22)
Lastly, we encourage you to remain steadfast in prayer and faith. Continue to believe that God can heal her, for with God all things are possible. (Matthew 19:26 WEB)

We're here with you, lifting your sister-in-law up in prayer. We're believing with you for her complete healing, just as Jesus healed the centurion's servant from a distance (Matthew 8:5-13). We claim God's promise in Psalm 103:3, "who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases," over her life. We're trusting that God will use this trial to draw her closer to Him, and we're praying for her salvation if she hasn't yet accepted Jesus as her Savior. Let's continue to stand in faith, believing that God will do what only He can do. We're in this together, praying in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
