Lord please guide the unit above me to mind their one child who likes to jump, run, stomp, bang, throw objects, and throw herself on the ground till 10-11pm at times till midnight and the parents and other adults in the condo do not stop her. There are a total of 3 children and 4-5 adults residing in a 2 bedroom condo The HOA Board and management company will not do anything because the unit above is on the board.
