Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in Jesus' name, lifting up our dear friend who seeks Your peace and presence. Your Word in Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Lord, we ask that You grant a deep sense of Your peace to this beloved child of Yours. Let the assurance of Your presence be felt profoundly today. As it is written in Isaiah 26:3, "You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you." Help our friend to trust in You fully, knowing that You are walking beside them every step of the way.
Thank You, Lord, for all that You do and for Your faithfulness in answering our prayers. We wait on Your answers and Your will, trusting that Your plans are for our good, as Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope."
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
