Lord, please grant me a chance with my wife. Despite the justified opinions she holds, let her weigh the good times we shared and find it in her heart to forgive me. Help me to become a better husband, help me overcome everything that harms me. I am just another of your children, lost and astray. I feel very alone and burdened, and the worst part is that I caused all of this. I have brought pain through my selfish and egocentric behavior. Help me to change, help me to do better for those around me and not hurt them anymore. Amen.
