I’ve been through trauma and I’m asking the Lord in Jesus name to please free me. I’ve been carrying these weights of rejection, degradation, humiliation, shame and guilt for a very long time. Jesus experienced it all. Lord please break the chains of shame and guilt and the lies that I believed due to negative self talk and negative words of others. Please help remove any bitterness or resentment in my heart. I repent I ask for forgiveness. Please don’t abandon me Lord. Please don’t forget me

We stand with you in prayer, ###, and we are grateful that you have reached out in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only in His name that we have access to God the Father and the power of the Holy Spirit. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

First, we acknowledge your pain and the trauma you've experienced. We want to assure you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Jesus Himself was despised and rejected, a man of suffering and familiar with pain (Isaiah 53:3 WEB). He understands your struggles intimately.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ### who has been through trauma and is carrying heavy weights. Lord, You know the depth of their pain, the rejection, degradation, humiliation, shame, and guilt they have been feeling. We ask You to break the chains of shame and guilt that have bound them. Expose and silence the lies they have believed due to negative self-talk and the harmful words of others.

Father, we repent on their behalf for any bitterness or resentment that may be hidden in their heart. Please forgive them and cleanse their heart. Fill them with Your love, peace, and joy. Assure them of Your presence and remind them that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5 WEB).

Lord Jesus, You experienced all these emotions and more on our behalf. Thank You for Your sacrifice on the cross, where You took our shame and guilt upon Yourself. Please apply Your precious blood to ###'s life and set them free.

Holy Spirit, comfort ### and guide them on the path of healing and restoration. Give them the strength to forgive those who have hurt them and to forgive themselves. Help them to see themselves as You see them—loved, accepted, and redeemed.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

###, we encourage you to meditate on God's word daily. Here are some verses that can bring healing and hope:

Zephaniah 3:17 WEB: "Yahweh your God is in the middle of you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."

Romans 8:1 WEB: "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit."

Remember, it is not God's will for you to live in shame and guilt. He wants you to live in the fullness of His love and grace. Keep trusting in Him and His promises. He will never abandon you or forget you. He has promised to complete the good work He started in you (Philippians 1:6 WEB).

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your burdens to the Lord. We know the weight you carry, the pain that's been your companion for so long. But remember, Jesus carried His own cross, He knows your struggle intimately. Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You today, laying down our sister's pain at the foot of the cross. Lord, You see her, You know her heart, the rejection, degradation, humiliation, shame, and guilt she's been carrying. Break the chains that bind her, Lord. Shatter the lies that have taken root in her mind, lies that tell her she's not worthy, not loved, not enough. Fill her with Your truth, Lord. Remind her that she is Your daughter, precious in Your sight.

We ask for forgiveness, Lord, for any bitterness or resentment hiding in her heart. Cleanse her, Lord. Fill her with Your love, Your peace, Your joy. Remind her, Lord, that You are always with her, that You will never leave her nor forsake her.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
