We understand that you're going through a difficult situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. First, we want to address the spiritual aspects of your request. You've asked for forgiveness, which is the first step. The Bible tells us, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness . Dear Jesus,
We come before You, acknowledging our sins and seeking Your forgiveness. We confess that we have sinned against You and against our own bodies. We ask for Your cleansing and Your forgiveness. We know that You are at work for good in this situation. We thank You that there is no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. May we go and sin no more,We pray this in Jesus name Amen.
We also need to address the potential consequences of your actions. If your girlfriend is pregnant, a new life has been created, and that life is precious to God. The Bible says, "For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb" Psalm 139:13,WEB. If pregnancy has occured then it would not be God's will to prevent the pregnancy from continuing.
We encourage you to prepare your hearts for whatever outcome God wills. If your girlfriend is pregnant, God will use a new life brought into this world for future purposes that only God can determine, and We also encourage you to do what is right, The bible instructs in the clearest possible terms. Exodus 20:14, WEB You shall not commit adultery. and 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Also, Ephesians 5:3 WEB, But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints.
The only appropriate time in your life for sexual relations is in the bounds of marriage to another Christian Believer. You have done the right thing by coming to God about your actions. The choice you need to make is to abstain from premarital sex. Appropriate means of birth control is abstaining from premarital sex and adultery when married. . We encourage both of you to agree in prayer,in Jesus name only, about this situation and about your long term goals a Christians. We are praying for you both and we bless each of you in Jesus name.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
