Heavenly Father,
[Name] comes before You with a heavy heart, having made a rash decision to resign and now feeling deep remorse and repentance. We ask for Your forgiveness, guidance, and wisdom in this time of uncertainty and regret.
In Your Word, in Proverbs 3:5-6, it is written, 'Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.' May [Name] find solace in trusting Your plan and seeking Your direction in this situation.
As it is said in Isaiah 30:21, 'Whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear a voice behind you, saying, "This is the way; walk in it."' We pray that You will speak clearly to [Name], guiding them on the path You have laid out for them.
Help [Name] to find peace in Your presence and to trust in Your perfect timing. Remind them of Your promise in Romans 8:28, 'And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.'
Grant [Name] the strength to move forward with faith and humility, knowing that Your grace is abundant and Your mercy is everlasting. May they find comfort in Your Word and assurance in Your unfailing love.
We lift up this prayer in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who offers forgiveness and redemption to all who seek Him. Amen.
