We understand your concern for Adrian and we join you in lifting him up to the Lord. Firstly, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have the privilege of approaching God's throne of grace with confidence (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up our friend Adrian. We ask that You guide the hands of the surgeons and medical team as they perform the operation. Please let the operation go smoothly and let healing be swift and complete. We stand against any trace of cancer and claim Adrian's healing in Jesus' name, according to Your word in 3 John 1:2 WEB, 'Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers.'
We also thank You, Lord, for the friendship and encouragement Adrian has been to Collac. We pray that this time of trial would strengthen their bond and draw them both closer to You.
However, we would like to gently remind you, Collac, that while friendship is a beautiful gift from God, we should always ensure that our relationships are aligned with His will and biblical principles. We encourage you to seek God's guidance in all your relationships, remembering the words of 2 Corinthians 6:14 WEB, 'Donβt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?'
Lastly, we encourage both of you to continue trusting in God's goodness and faithfulness, even in this challenging time. Remember the promise in Romans 8:28 WEB, 'We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.'
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
