Lord, move my brother to do good for himself

Please Lord, lead my brother the right path.
Let him start to walk, swimm and work out.
He is lazy and find excuses.
I feel he will be more confident for the next trial he is waiting for (falsely accused for rape and physical abuse), he is out of the prison custody for 2 weeks cca and waiting the next court meeting.
He doest listen to me or my mom.
Very stubborn and sais that he knows all but just dont has willpower to do it.
He is in the appartment whole day doing nothing. (he has taken free days at work), and he will be working from home, it is not good for him to be so lazy.
And the beach is right next to him.
I just dont understand it¨!!!
