Dear Heavenly Father,

In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who has submitted a prayer request. Your Word teaches us to ask, and we shall receive. We humbly ask that you remove every dark circle, hollow, filler, and any imperfection under both their eyes and cheekbones. Lord, we pray for a complete transformation, that their skin may be smooth, flat, and brand new. May they be overwhelmed with joy at the miraculous work you will do.

We pray, Lord, that you would guide the doctor's hands and grant them wisdom as they administer any necessary treatments. We ask that you prompt the doctor to inject the appropriate amount of dissolver in the exact spots, successfully removing all unwanted elements.
