We come before You today with hearts full of hope and trust, seeking Your divine guidance and presence. Your Word reminds us in James 4:8, "Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you." Lord, we ask that You draw near to this dear one, enveloping with Your comforting presence and peace during this challenging time.
Lord, grant the strength and patience needed to wait upon Your perfect timing, as it is written in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." May this promise be fulfilled in the life of this individual, providing renewed strength and unwavering faith.
Father, we also lift up the need for employment. Your Word in Philippians 4:19 assures us, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand upon this promise, asking that You open doors of opportunity and bless with a job that will meet all needs and bring fulfillment.
Guide with Your wisdom, Lord, and let Your will be done. We trust in Your unfailing love and provision. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect.
