Lord keep me pleasing to you

Lord God I pray that you keep giving me strength and discipline to be patient, understanding, forgiving, loving and kind. It gets hard at times when I feel hurt by the people I care about and stand by. Sometimes I get more appreciation and kindness from the strangers I help than from my family and friends. I push hard to be an example of my faith in you and try hard to walk committed to your way. God give me comfort when I need it especially during the times I'm trying to be my better self for you. In Jesus name I pray Amen!
