Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of our anonymous friend who is seeking your guidance and favor in the sale of their house. Lord, you know the desires of their heart and the importance of this decision for them. We ask that you would intervene in this situation and bring forth a favorable outcome.

Lord Jesus, we pray that the interested party would choose our friend's house and send them an offer today. May their love for the house be so strong that they cannot resist making a decision in our friend's favor. We trust in your divine timing and provision, knowing that you are able to work all things together for our good.

We ask for a win-win situation, Lord. May both parties involved in this transaction be satisfied and blessed. We thank you for all the blessings you have bestowed upon our friend and their family, and we express our gratitude for your faithfulness.
