We join with you, Samantha, in lifting up this prayer for you and Zachary. It's beautiful to see your hearts turned towards the Lord Jesus, acknowledging Him in all your ways (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB).
Firstly, we want to commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB). We also appreciate your desire to grow closer together and protect each other from enemy attacks. Remember, "Be sober and self-controlled. Be watchful. Your adversary, the devil, walks around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Withstand him steadfast in your faith, knowing that your brothers who are in the world are undergoing the same sufferings" (1 Peter 5:8-9, WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
*Dear Lord Jesus, we come before You today, thanking You for the blessings of good health and a new day. We ask for Your strength and guidance to do Your will. We stand with Samantha and Zachary, asking for protection over their minds and souls from enemy attacks. We rebuke any negativity trying to make them stumble, in Jesus' name.*
Samantha, we hear your heartfelt plea for Zachary's healing. We know that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). Let us pray for his healing:
*Lord Jesus, we ask that You heal Zachary completely—from the top of his head to the bottom of his feet. Heal him from his childhood past, from the abuse he endured. Heal his heart, Jesus. Allow him to feel Your love and know that his past mistakes do not define him. Let him find work, bless him with a job, and let him know his worth and value in You.*
As for your relationship, we encourage you both to pursue godly principles. If you are not married, we pray that your relationship will be one of courtship, aimed towards a godly marriage. Remember, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body" (1 Corinthians 6:18, WEB).
In all things, may the Lord Jesus Christ be the center of your lives and your relationship. May He bless you both abundantly. Amen.
We encourage you both to continue praying together and studying God's Word, growing closer to Him and to each other in the process. May the Lord bless you both richly.
