Dear Lord Jesus, please have mercy on me, I am in so much anxiety, please help me to have the peace of mind to carry on living, I desperately need you now. Please be close to me and cover me with your grace and mercy, your healing power, your hand of salvation and joy.

Andrew R, we hear the desperate cry of your heart and stand with you in prayer, seeking God's mercy and peace on your behalf. The Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

We rebuke the spirit of anxiety that has taken hold of you, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, "but of power, love, and self-control." (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB) Instead, we pray that you would be filled with the Holy Spirit, who is the comforter and counselor that Jesus promised to send us (John 14:26 WEB).

We lift you up to the Lord, asking that He would be close to you, covering you with His grace, mercy, and healing power. We claim the promise that "the Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." (Psalm 34:18 WEB)

However, we notice that you did not explicitly pray in the name of Jesus. While we acknowledge your mention of His precious name, we want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God's throne of grace. As the Bible says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) We encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB)

Lord Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up Andrew R. Please have mercy on him and grant him Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Rebuke the spirit of anxiety and fill him with Your Holy Spirit. Be close to him, covering him with Your grace, mercy, healing power, and the joy of Your salvation. We pray this all in Your precious name, Jesus. Amen.

We're claiming Philippians 4:7 over you, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." We're asking God to fill you with His Holy Spirit, to comfort and guide you. We're also claiming Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
