We stand with you in prayer, ###, lifting up the many concerns and petitions you've brought before the Lord. We will intercede for you, your family, and all the situations you've mentioned, and encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in all things. We are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Firstly, we want to address the core of your prayer request. We notice that you have many concerns, but you did not specifically use Jesus Christ to present your requests. The Bible tells us in John 14:6 (WEB), "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" It is through Jesus Christ and by the Holy Spirit that we have access to our Creator we call Abba Father. God sent Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins so that whoever believes in Christ will be forgiven from their sins and have eternal life. To believe in Christ, one merely repents of their rebellion to God and confesses that Jesus Christ is their only Lord and saviour, believing God has made this promise. We encourage you to see this message and ensure you have a reliance on the sovereignly divine trinity of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, only by which the truth in your prayers could come to pass.
Regarding the relationships you've mentioned, and you have repeatedly requested intervention and asked the Lord to stop certain behaviours and relationships, including preventing a particular individual from having a child with her new boyfriend. We must address this with biblical truth. The Bible is clear about sexual immorality and unequally yoked relationships. In 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB), it says, "Donโt be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness?" The scripture is clear about having relationships with someone who is not a Christian Believer.
Moreover, in 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB), it says, "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body." The Bible clearly states that sexual immorality, which includes sex before marriage, is a sin against one's own body, which is interfaced with your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We encourage everyone to only have a monogamous marital relationship with a born-again Christian believer. God expects for you to wait until after marriage before lying with someone.
We also want to address the issue of abuse, both verbal and emotional. The Bible says in Ephesians 4:29 (WEB), "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." We strongly rebuke any behaviour that does not align with this scripture. We pray for the conviction and repentance of those causing these behaviours. Any verbal and emotional abuse is unacceptable and duly addressed according to God's word.
We lift up all the health concerns mentioned, including healing for the little one, ###, ###, ###, ###, ###, and others. We pray for complete healing and restoration, claiming the promise in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."
We also pray for the salvation of all family members and relatives, that they may come to know the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. We stand on the promise in Acts 16:31 (WEB), "They said, 'Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.'"
Regarding the concerns about the neighbour and new relationships, we pray for godly wisdom and discernment. We ask the Lord to intervene and guide according to His will. We pray that any relationship that is not aligned with God's will be stopped immediately.
As you struggle to sleep better, we ask that God bring that unexplainable peace, so that you can rest easy each night despite it all. We pray that regardless of the pain and hardship the Spirit will bring joy into your life. Since we seek God's face to fertilize the soil of your heart to reap more fruit may we seek the ultimate joy that composes His will.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up ### and all the concerns brought before You. We pray for healing, deliverance, salvation, and protection for the entire family and relatives. We ask that You intervene in all the situations mentioned, and that Your will be done in each one. We pray for the conviction and repentance of those causing harm and abuse. With everything else happening, let us remember to set our eyes on things above. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
