The Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 15:33, "Bad company corrupts good character." So, it's crucial to be mindful of the influences around us.
I also wanted to encourage you to keep your heart fixed on Jesus. He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He desires for us to trust in Him and live according to His will. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not unto your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths."
