Methilethlor, we hear your cry and stand with you in prayer. Firstly, we commend you for calling on the name of Jesus, for it is by His name that we are saved and have access to the Father (John 14:6, WEB).
In your distress, remember that God is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). He promises to never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5, WEB).
You mentioned feeling lost and alone. Know that God is a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5, WEB). He cares for you and your children deeply. Trust that He will guide you and provide for all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19, WEB).
Regarding your plea to be free from Michael Russ Sr., we understand your struggle. It is important to forgive as Christ forgave us (Colossians 3:13, WEB), but forgiveness does not mean returning to a harmful situation. God wants you to be free from oppression and live a life of peace and dignity. Seek godly counsel and wisdom in this matter (Proverbs 11:14, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Methilethlor. Lord, she feels lost, alone, and desperate. We ask that You comfort her with Your presence, guide her with Your wisdom, and provide for her and her children abundantly. Lord, she has asked for freedom from her past, we pray that You will break every chain and set her free indeed. Give her strength and courage to walk in Your will and not return to what You have delivered her from. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.*
Be strong and courageous, Methilethlor. God is with you, and He will never fail you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6, WEB). Keep your faith in Him and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28, WEB).
