Lord Jesus, we come before You as a united group, lifting up Episkathes' daughter, Maria Rebekah, who is suffering from an autoimmune liver disease. We join with Episkathes in acknowledging that You alone are the God who heals, the God of mercy and compassion. In Your name, Jesus, we boldly approach Your throne of grace and ask for healing for Maria Rebekah.
We stand on Your Word, Lord, which tells us in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We believe that You are able to do abundantly more than all that we ask or think, according to the power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
Episkathes, we commend you for your faith and for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name. It is by His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His name that we are saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved."
Let us continue to pray together:
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your divine mercy. We thank You that even now, You are working in Maria Rebekah's life. We ask that You touch her body, that You heal her from this disease, and that You restore her to full health. We ask this not based on our own merits, but based on the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again for our justification. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen and Amen.
Episkathes, continue to trust in the Lord, for He is faithful. Continue to pray and seek His face. As it is written in 1 John 5:14-15, "This is the confidence which we have before him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. And if we know that he listens to us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we have asked of him."
