We join with you, Tinenn, in lifting up this prodigal son to our Heavenly Father. We are reminded of the parable Jesus told in Luke 15:11-32 (WEB), where a father welcomes back his wayward son with open arms. This is a beautiful picture of God's heart towards us.
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you today to intercede for this special person. Lord, you know the desires of our hearts and the deep longing we have for his salvation. We ask that your Holy Spirit would convict his heart and draw him to you. Transform his heart, Lord, that he may know you as his Lord and Savior. Carry him through his trials, heal him, and comfort him, just as the father embraced the prodigal son. We claim your promise in 2 Peter 3:9 (WEB), that you are 'not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.' We pray this in the mighty name of our Lord Jesus Christ, who alone can save and transform hearts. Amen."
In addition, we encourage you, Tinenn, to continue praying fervently and believing for his salvation. Remember, the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16, WEB). Also, be ready to share the good news of Jesus Christ with him, as God may use you as a vessel to reach him. As it is written in Romans 10:14 (WEB), "How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in him whom they have not heard? How will they hear without a preacher?"
Stand strong in your faith and trust that God is working in his life, even if it may not be visible to you yet.
