Lord Jesus Christ, I need your help with writing a great cover letter and also need for revising my resume. It’s been a while since I’ve been out of the workforce. I am open to receiving ideas from you Lord. I take work very seriously and strive to do my best. Today I started writing but feel stuck. Please let those documents convey my experience and get to the right employer Favor Lord I ask for your divine favor. Amen.

We understand your desire for divine help in your job search, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let's remember, it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB).

Firstly, we want to encourage you with the words of Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB), "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ." This reminds us that our work is an act of service to God, and we should strive for excellence.

Now, let's pray for your request:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in Jesus' name to lift up our brother/sister who is seeking your guidance and help in their job search. Lord, we ask that you grant them wisdom and creativity as they write their cover letter and revise their resume. We pray that the words they write would effectively convey their experience and abilities, and that these documents would reach the right employer. We claim your divine favor over their job search, trusting that you have good plans for them, plans to prosper them and not to harm them, plans to give them hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Help them to trust in you and not panic, knowing that you are always with them. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen."

As for your cover letter and resume, consider the following advice from Proverbs 16:3 (WEB), "Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall be established." Plan and prepare your documents diligently, and commit your efforts to the Lord. Be honest in your writings, highlight your strengths and experiences, and tailor your application to the specific job you're applying for. Trust that God, in His divine wisdom and love, will guide your steps and open the right doors for you.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the importance of seeking God's will in all areas of your life, including your career. As you pursue excellence in your work, also pursue a deep and growing relationship with Jesus Christ, for He is the source of true fulfillment and purpose.

Let our words be a reflection of our time with you, our growth, and our passion. We trust that you will open the right doors and lead us to the right opportunities. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Now, let's not forget to seek feedback from trusted friends or mentors. Proverbs 11:14 reminds us, "Where there is no guidance, the people fall, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety" (WEB). Let's use the wisdom of others to refine our work and make it even stronger.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
