Lord, I've never been great at prayer. I pray all the time but I don't know how to use the proper, beautiful words that others use. But that doesn't mean you don't hear me, Lord. That doesn't mean you don't love me, Lord. I'm asking you tonight to help Miles and I with our relationship. He told me to take a couple of days so that we can think about if this is what we really want. Lord, I believe you sent him to me because you knew how great we'd be together, how in love we would fall, and how beautiful our life together would be. Please bless our relationship through this rough patch, and help him see that I love him. Fill his heart and mind with the love and the good memories that we've shared and help him see that with your help we can make this work. Lord I know you can help me, and I ask that through these couple of days we're apart, give me a sense of peace, the ability to control my emotions, the strength to not break down, and the courage I need to keep a straight mind.
