The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

2 He makes me lie down in green pastures; he leads me beside still waters

3 he restores my soul;
He leads me in right paths for his name’s sake.

4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me.

5 You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord my whole life long.

Lord, when the troubles of life knock me to my knees, help me to realize that that's the best place to be, seeking Your face in prayer for strength, peace, understanding, knowledge, wisdom, instruction, provision, and all that I stand in need of. Father, when I cannot seem to muster the strength to pray for myself, think clearly to make the right decisions, or get overwhelmed, surround me with the prayers of the righteous, intercessors, and angels who will boldly come before Your throne on my behalf praying and interceding for me. God all that I have asked of You in this prayer please do the same for all those I love and the writers of this prayer. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives.
