We understand that you are seeking God's favor for your visa application, ###. We join you in prayer, petitioning God's will in your life including His will in your travel plans.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power in the name of Jesus, as it is written: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12 WEB. It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God the Father, and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can have access to heaven, not in a prayer mantra or tradition (John 14:6 WEB John 14:6). Believe in Jesus, and lean on His promises for all your needs.
We pray for peace in this process. We pray for you to flow with God's timing by making merry at home first with friends and family that are present, waiting for God's will for your travel plans if you are not going on holiday temporarily. We say this because at times, our pursuits of gifts, opportunities, or worldly advancements can leave a void in our hearts and can come between us and our Creator. Yet, God desires a personal relationship with each of us (Bible verses Romans 12:2 WEB, John 3:30, John 6:63 WEB). We encourage you to draw close to God, and let God lead in your life. He will provide all your needs even if that means rejection of a visa application that was not good for you.
Be anxious for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus, Philippians 4:6, Philippians 4:7 WEB.
If getting this visa is something that you feel will help you grow in your faith, relationship with God and obedience to his commandments, pursuing this may be an option for you. If you are truly faithfully seeking God, all other things including a job, home, property including a home in another country and other provisions will eventually be provided to you. Consider Matthew chapter 6 versus 25 through 40 Matthew 6:25-40 WEB. If it is employment you are looking for, make sure this job will promote God's will in your life and not detour you from his will.
We encourage you to use this time for prayer, introspection, and making sure you have a right relationship with God. When we ask in Jesus name, believing in Jesus, and pray according to His law, and will, and are in the will of God, believing in God, we should have it. We encourage you to pray every moment of every day if your request is denied (See Luke 18:1-8 WEB). Let God lead in your life. Yet you do not have, because you do not ask. You ask, and do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures. James 4:2-3 WEB. Make sure your request is according to His will, and law in line with His will and not a request opposed to God's will. If God leads you to reapply and you are in the will of God and have a right relationship with Him, you should receive the visa. If He desires you to remain at home during or not acquire the visa during Christmas or the new year, ask yourself to admit there was a problem with your request.
We pray for God's guidance and direction in your life. We pray for a hedge of protection around you and your family. Whether you are in your home country or elsewhere, we pray for God's favor and blessings upon you. Remember that there is no place that the hands of God cannot reach. We pray that all your needs are met in a God honoring way.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
