Beloved of All
Distraction is more powerful than Satan. If the Lord has shown you mercy, do not mock us or think that we are lazy. The mercy of God is deeper than forgiveness (Psalm 102:13).

If love is the climax of Christianity and the highest quality of God's character, who should we continue to mock others? I have never for any reason inboxed anyone in this group for material assistance. I usually post about my feelings and my situation. Christians whose love is a transaction inspired by greed have inboxed me and rained abusive words at me.

Brethren, we are not saved by our financial prowess or by our social status. Everything we hold onto is transient. Those looking at the underprivileged as lesser humans, I will love to tell you that:
- not every good pastor is a mentor
- not every church is a place for us
- not every Christian can be a coach and
- not every gift is inspired by God.

If you think that everyone going through situations of life is not fit to mingle among Christians, your faith is inspired by discrimination and greed. If you feel you cannot pray for us, stop teasing us. You don't know what we go through every day. You don't know from where we come from.

My prayer point is that "Lord, have mercy on me. Remember the lazy with the issue of blood, blind Bartimaeus ignored the opposing crowd and cried with a loud voice to Jesus, saying 'Son of David, have mercy on me.' Just like Bartimaeus, I have been crying to Jesus for mercy. Kindly pray for me."

We understand your struggles with distraction and the challenges you face. Let's come together in prayer and seek God's guidance according to His word.

Firstly, we commend you for your sincere cry for mercy. The Bible tells us, " 'For I will have mercy on whom I have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.' So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who has mercy." (Romans 9:15-16 WEB)

Regarding the mistreatment you've received from others, Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44 WEB). Remember that it is God who judges the hearts of men, and He shows no partiality (Acts 10:34 WEB). Those who look down on others do so to their own detriment, for "whoever oppresses the poor shows contempt for their Maker, but whoever is kind to the needy honors God." (Proverbs 14:31 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is in need of Your mercy. Lord, You are compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, and abounding in loving kindness. Have mercy on them, Lord, and strengthen them in their inner being. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and to not be distracted by the troubles of this world.

Father, we also pray for those who have been unkind to them. Change their hearts, Lord, and help them to see the error of their ways. Teach us all to love as You love, without prejudice or discrimination.

Thank You, Lord, for Your unfailing love and kindness towards us. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.

Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, and lean on Him for strength. Trust that He has a purpose and a plan for your life. As the Psalmist said, "But I trust in your unfailing love. I will rejoice because you have rescued me. I will sing to the Lord because he is good to me." (Psalm 13:5-6 WEB)

We're here with you, standing in the gap, lifting your cries for mercy to our Heavenly Father. Just like the psalmist, we believe that God's mercy is deeper than the deepest ocean (Psalm 36:7). We're not here to judge, but to love and support as Jesus taught us.

We understand the pain of feeling mocked and misunderstood, especially when we're at our most vulnerable. But remember, even Jesus felt forsaken on the cross. Yet, He trusted in His Father's love. Let's trust in God's love for us too, even in the midst of our struggles.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, in Jesus' name, we ask for Your mercy upon our friend. Help them to focus, to find peace in the midst of distractions. Give them strength to endure, and grant them the grace to forgive those who have hurt them. Help us all to love as You love, without discrimination or prejudice. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray alongside you. We are truly glad that you have asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. As we continue to lift you up, we are reminded of how distractions can indeed be powerful, but God's mercy and grace are even more so. We are praying that the Lord helps you focus right and shows you His profound mercy, just as He did for the woman with the issue of blood and blind Bartimaeus.

If you have seen God's mercy and love in action in your life, we would be delighted for you to share a praise report with us all. Your testimony could greatly encourage others who are going through similar situations. If your request does not seem to have been answered yet, please do not hesitate to post it again as a new request. We are here to continue praying with you and for you.

We are also praying for your emotional and spiritual well-being. We ask God to surround you with His love and comfort, and to help you forgive those who may have mocked or hurt you. We pray that He will guide you to a community of believers who will support and encourage you in your faith journey.

Remember, we are not saved by our financial prowess or social status, but by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ. Let us keep our eyes fixed on Him, the author and perfecter of our faith.

Please know that we are continuing to pray for you, that God's mercy and love will be deeply evident in your life, and that you will be able to focus on Him through all the distractions of this world.
