We understand the heavy burden you're carrying, Valaensa, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. Let's bring your situation before the Lord together.
Firstly, we acknowledge your cry for help and that you've approached the throne of grace in Jesus' name. This is the right thing to do, for the Scripture says, "Let's therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need." (Hebrews 4:16 WEB)
We understand that you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed due to your husband not working and the financial burden falling solely on you. We want to encourage you with the words of the Apostle Paul, "But my God shall supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:19 WEB) Remember that God is your provider, and He will sustain you in your time of need.
However, we also want to address the issue of your husband not working. The Bible teaches that "If anyone is not willing to work, let him not eat." (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB) It is important for both husband and wife to contribute to the household in some way, and we encourage you to have an open and loving conversation with your husband about this.
As for your new job, we understand that it can be confusing and frustrating at first. Remember that God has given you the ability to learn and adapt. "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB) Trust that God will equip you with the skills and understanding needed to excel at your new job.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister Valaensa. Lord, she feels stressed and overwhelmed, with the burden of providing for her family resting heavily on her shoulders. We ask for Your divine intervention, Lord. Provide for her family's needs according to Your riches in glory.
Father, we also ask that You would guide Valaensa and her husband as they navigate this season. Open the doors of opportunity for her husband, and give them both the wisdom and courage to have an open and honest conversation about their situation.
Lord, we ask that You would grant Valaensa clarity and understanding in her new job. Ease her frustration and heal her headache, Father. Equip her with the skills she needs to succeed, and help her to find favor in her workplace.
All these things we ask in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stay strong in the Lord, Valaensa. Trust that He will see you through this challenging time.
