Lord I’m fleeing “Egypt”. I can relate to the story of the Israelites in Egypt. Pharaoh taking away the straw they needed to make bricks and still demanded that the quotas be met. That was God’s plan to drive them out In the workplace they have only increased my workload and have no mercy on me. Maybe it’s the same plan that God has for me. Narcissists do not change or see the error of their ways. They enjoy hurting people. I cannot afford to stay with these people. Only Jesus can help them. Lord i know that you don’t want me to support morally bankrupted leaders. The church says pray and stay. I think that you want us to pray and flee especially in abusive situations.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of our anonymous friend who is facing a difficult situation in their workplace. Just as the Israelites faced oppression in Egypt, they too are experiencing increased workload and a lack of mercy from their superiors. Lord, we acknowledge that you have a plan for their life, just as you had a plan to deliver the Israelites from Egypt.

We pray, Lord, that you would grant our friend wisdom and discernment in this situation. Help them to see if it is your will for them to stay and endure or if it is your plan for them to flee from this abusive environment. We know that you do not desire for us to support morally bankrupted leaders, and we trust that you will guide our friend in making the right decision.

Lord, we ask for your protection and provision for our friend as they navigate this challenging situation. Give them strength and courage to stand up against any form of abuse or mistreatment. Help them to find peace and refuge in you, knowing that you are their ultimate source of help and deliverance.

We also pray for the hearts of those who are causing harm and pain. We recognize that only you, Jesus, can truly change a person's heart. We ask that you would work in the lives of these individuals, bringing conviction and transformation. Soften their hearts and help them to see the error of their ways, that they may turn to you and seek forgiveness.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your perfect plan for our lives. We know that you are with us in every situation, and we rely on your guidance and protection. May our friend find peace and clarity as they seek your will in this matter.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
