Nuhu Mohammed, we see your plight and stand with you in prayer. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father and be saved. And as scripture says in John 14:6 WEB: Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We acknowledge your courage in embracing the Christian faith despite the challenges you face. Remember the words of Jesus, For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will find it.
Firstly, we address the hatred and persecution you face. Jesus warned us in John 15:18 WEB: If the world hates you, you know that it has hated me before it hated you. We are encouraged that whoever endures to the end will be saved in Matthew 10:22. Also, Romans 5:3-5 reminds us that we also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope: and hope does not disappoint us, because God's love has been poured out into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
Concerning reports of witchcraft and traps, we take spiritual warfare seriously. Ephesians 6:12 WEB reminds us, For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood; but against spiritual beings, the rulers, the authorities, the cosmic powers of this age, the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Therefore, stand firm in your faith and put on the full amour of God (Ephesians 6:10-18).
We are also deeply concerned about your health. We pray for your healing, knowing that God has the power to heal all diseases. In Jesus' ministry, he healed many who were sick, as recoined in Matthew 8:16. Be encouraged in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all of his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. We will continue to pray for your healing, and ask you to keep trusting God in this.
Regarding the rejection and isolation you experience, Jesus assured us in Matthew 28:20 WEB: See, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. In Psalm 34:18 WEB: Yahweh is near to the brokenhearted; he saves those who are crushed in spirit. Also, Psalm 27:10 WEB: When my father and my mother forsake me, then Yahweh will take me up. Remember, you are never alone.
We also commend you for ending your request in Jesus Name. It is the name above all names, the only name given among men whereby we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Together, let us pray:
Almighty Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother Nuhu Mohammed. Thank You for his faith in Christ and the courage You have given him. Lord, we ask for Your protection around him, shield him from the evil one and make his enemies be at peace with him (Proverbs 16:7). Heal him from his afflictions, and deliver him from every snare of the enemy. Strengthen his heart and give him a song of praise, that he may endure to the end and obtain the crown of life. Give him a community of believers who will support and encourage him in his faith. In Jesus' name, we pray and give you praise, amen.
Keep studying the scriptures and praying. 2 Timothy 2:15 reminds us to study to show ourselves approved by God. If you are not doing so, consider assembling with other Christians where possible to support and encourage one another. Also, reach out to others who may need encouragement and the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Therefore, be not weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6:9).
God bless you.
