Lord, I pray to get out of debt and not struggle paycheck to paycheck. I want to get my real estate business off the ground fix and flip and rental properties.

Dear Heavenly Father,
In the name of Jesus, we come before you on behalf of ###, who is seeking your help and guidance in their financial situation. Lord, we acknowledge that you are the provider of all our needs, and we trust in your abundant provision.
Father, ### desires to be free from the burden of debt and the struggle of living paycheck to paycheck. We pray that you would grant them wisdom and discernment in managing their finances. Help them to make wise decisions and to be good stewards of the resources you have entrusted to them.
Lord, ### also has a desire to establish their real estate business, specifically in the areas of fixing and flipping properties, as well as rental properties. We ask for your favor and blessing upon their endeavors. Open doors of opportunity, connect them with the right people, and provide the necessary resources and knowledge to succeed in this venture.
We pray, Lord, that you would align ###'s heart with your will and purpose for their life. May their business endeavors bring glory to your name and be a means to bless others. Grant them the strength and perseverance to overcome any challenges or obstacles they may face along the way.
Father, we also lift up the prayer of the apostle Paul in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, where he urges us to pray for all people, including those in positions of authority. We pray for leaders in the real estate industry, that they would operate with integrity and fairness. May they create an environment that promotes growth and success for all involved.
Lord, we thank you for your faithfulness and provision in our lives. We trust in your promises, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think. We commit ###'s financial situation and real estate business into your hands, believing that you will guide and bless them according to your perfect will.
