Let's lift up 
Lord I pray for the people..as Jesus said do not worry what you have to eat..do not worry about the clothes you wear Our father knows all of this. It's hard to remind ourselves that our Father knows of all this. I'm human and even ask for th se things sometimes too and then I remind myself that it's not about our flesh and earthly things.."what goes in our body does not defiles is but what comes from our mouth is what defiles us. I also sin and worry but then remind myself it's our spirit our faith is more important. We will all eventually pass in this earth. We can't take material things with us but we have faith that we are joined with God Jesus and never truely die . So this is a blessing in itself don't grieve too much we are all here but a short time it's what we do to help others and our faith in our Father and to be compassionate with those who cause us damage we don't nt know their story. So pray for the ones who hurt you be thankful for breathing .Love others how you would love yourself .Love God with your heart and soul overcome suffering as Jesus did .I know it's easier to say than do but if we remind ourselves of that treat life as lessons love each other no matter what ....Then we findally realise with gratitude why these things happen. We had a gift of a beautiful world we have taken and not had gratitude for how beautiful it as and we sometimes also forget we are all children of our Father ..Judge not as yet will be judged the same .I pray for everyones trials it's different trials we must all overcome to learn graciously. Please don't feel lonely we are all here together and together in our Father and Jesus we will learn the true meaning of love peace and gratitude may peace be upon us all Amen
