Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear friend S who had a seizure today. Lord, we know that you are the ultimate healer and that nothing is impossible for you. We ask for your divine intervention and healing touch upon S's body.
In your Word, you have shown us countless times that you are the God who heals. In Psalm 103:2-3, it says, "Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases." We claim this promise over S's life, believing that you have the power to restore them to full health.
Lord, we also pray for comfort and peace for S and their loved ones during this challenging time. May your presence surround them, bringing them strength and assurance that you are with them every step of the way. Help them to trust in your perfect plan and to find solace in your unfailing love.
We ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals who are caring for S. Grant them discernment in diagnosing the root cause of the seizure and provide them with the knowledge and skills to administer the most effective treatment.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for faith and perseverance for S and their family. Help them to hold onto hope and to trust in your healing power. Strengthen their faith and remind them that you are the God who hears and answers prayers.
