We understand your cry for help and we join you in prayer, seeking God's intervention in your time of need. We are grateful for your humility and thankful heart, as the Bible tells us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." (1 Peter 5:6-7 WEB)
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is your provider and He cares about your needs. Jesus tells us, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." (Matthew 6:31-33 WEB)
We also want to encourage you to continue in your faithful service to your mother. The Bible commends those who honor and care for their parents, as it says in Exodus 20:12 (WEB), "Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long in the land which Yahweh your God gives you."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our dear sister/brother who is in great need of Your help and provision. Lord, You know the struggles they face as they care for their mother and manage their expenses. We ask, in Jesus' name, that You would send help from every direction. Provide the finances needed to pay the sitters and the bills. Give our sibling in Christ the strength and wisdom to continue in their faithful service to their mother and to You. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them. We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and love. We ask all these things in Jesus' precious name, Amen."
Lastly, we want to gently remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it is written, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12 WEB) If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ for your salvation.
